We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to provide technical leadership within our mobile application team. This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer who enjoys setting technical direction, building high‑quality mobile experiences, and working across the stack while partnering closely with product, design, and architecture teams.
In addition to leading mobile development, this role will play a key part in adopting AI‑assisted development practices and contributing to the delivery of AI‑powered product features, working alongside platform and data teams.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical leader for the mobile application team, driving architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices
- Design, build, and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications using React Native, with deep integration into backend services
- Contribute across the full stack. Develop and maintain frontend, backend, and infrastructure components of a mobile application
- Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business needs into scalable, high‑quality technical solutions
- Lead by example through hands‑on development, code reviews, design discussions, and mentoring other engineer
Participate in and help lead code deployments and release activities, ensuring stable, predictable mobile releases - Leverage and promote AI development tools to improve engineering efficiency, code quality, and developer experience. Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI
- Contribute to the development of AI‑enabled features, collaborating on solutions using LangGraph, LangChain, Python, A2A, and MCP server
- Help evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, frameworks, and patterns across mobile, backend, and AI domains

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in CS or IT related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer delivering full stack production applications
- 2+ years of experience with React/React Native and modern mobile application architecture
- 2+ years of experience with Node.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- 2+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, GitHub and release workflows for mobile applications
- 1+ years of hands‑on experience with state management solutions such as Zustand and/or Redux
- 1+ years of experience with AI‑assisted development tools and a demonstrated ability to adopt them effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with GraphQL
- Experience building and operating applications on Azure and/or Cloud Platforms
- Experience or strong interest in building AI‑powered features, including work with LangGraph, LangChain, Python, A2A patterns, and MCP servers
- Strong system design skills, with the ability to balance scalability, performance, and developer experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical direction across teams

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
