Key Responsibilities:
- Design user flows, hi-fi mockups, and prototypes that simplify complex security data and drive compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including lead designers, product managers and engineers, to deliver user-centric, insight-focused experience
- Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions, incorporating user feedback to refine and improve experiences
- Translate research insights and user behavior data into clear and intuitive design solutions
- Communicate design rationale to stakeholders, aligning designs with user needs, business goals, and security opportunities
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design accuracy and seamless implementation
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and documentation to ensure consistency across products
- Have a divergent exploratory process with the ability to communicate trade-offs to stakeholders
- Contribute to design critiques and collaborative design challenges

Required Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in creating and shipping complex digital products
- 2+ years Proficiency in the Figma ecosystem
- 1+ years verbal and visual presentation skills, as well as an articulate point of view about design
- 1+ years record of collaboration to support and influence the team's direction, vision, and planning of deliverables
- 1+ years experience tying designs to business needs, goals, and metrics
Preferred Qualification:
- Preferred experience in working with design systems
- Preferred experience in user research, usability testing, and journey mapping

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
