Agile Practitioner 3 drives predictable delivery and continuous improvement across product and engineering teams by applying Agile and hybrid delivery practices. This role partners with stakeholders to translate outcomes into executable plans and backlogs, manages dependencies/risks, and provides clear, data-driven status and governance. The Agile Practitioner 3 enables teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned to OKRs within committed scope, time, and budget.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end delivery planning and execution (Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid) including work breakdown, milestones, dependencies, and critical path
- Manage scope, timeline, resources/capacity, financials, risks, and issues to ensure delivery commitments are met
- Partner with engineering and product leaders to translate epics/features (the "what/why") into actionable sprint/release plans (the "how")
- Facilitate delivery ceremonies and working sessions (standups, refinement, planning, stakeholder reviews, status, change management) with clear objectives and outcomes
- Enable cross-team collaboration; identify and remove delivery and process impediments; resolve conflicts and drive decision-making
- Define, socialize, and manage Definition of Done and acceptance criteria; ensure quality and non-functional requirements are captured (performance, security, reliability, scalability, supportability)
- Identify and manage dependencies and risks that impact other teams' backlogs; escalate appropriately with recommended options
- Provide governance and transparency through metrics, status reporting, and business reviews (e.g., QBR/MBR), using facts and data to communicate progress, obstacles, and risk
- Support discovery/intake and business case activities through capacity/demand planning, estimation, and financial tracking; forecast and manage variances to budget
- Promote modern engineering practices that shorten feedback loops (CI/CD, automation) and support test discipline (TDD/BDD) and effective release planning
- Administer and optimize Agile tooling and integrations (e.g., CA Agile Central/Jira-like tools, Aha! or equivalent) to ensure work is captured and traceable across the product/journey

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery/program/project management, product operations, or a similar role supporting technology teams
- Proven working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid delivery approaches; ability to tailor ceremonies and artifacts to context
- Demonstrated experience with backlog refinement, release planning, dependency management, and stakeholder communication
- Proven analytical skills with experience defining and maintaining delivery metrics, dashboards, and business review content (e.g., QBR/MBR)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agile certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) and familiarity with CI/CD and quality practices (TDD/BDD)
- Demonstrated financial acumen to support estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and variance management
- Experience with Agile lifecycle management tools and integrations (e.g., Agile Central, Jira, Aha! or similar)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
