The Rebate, Pricing & Client Reporting Analyst supports accurate, timely, and compliant execution of rebate payment and reporting as well as support efforts associated with pricing reconciliation. This role requires solid analytical skills, attention to detail, contract interpretation, and the ability to manage recurring operational deliverables across multiple client portfolios. The analyst will partner cross-functionally with rebate analytics, billing, finance, pricing and client management to ensure reporting and payment processes are completed accurately and aligned with contractual requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Generate, review, and maintain client reporting deliverables, including PDF reports, monthly MAC reports, factor reports, payment files, and other client performance reporting
- Support rebate disbursement activities, including payment processing, manual payments, payment analysis, journal entries, and research for payments requiring additional review
- Run RxMax jobs, download files, generate payment files, and save reporting and payment documentation to required client and internal folder locations
- Maintain client-specific coding and setup logic tied to finance, accruals, forecasting, pricing quality, and contractual requirements
- Research and resolve data inconsistencies, payment variances, reporting issues, and inquiries from internal partners or client-facing teams
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to strengthen accuracy, timeliness, documentation, and workflow consistency
- Support ad hoc projects, quarterly reporting cycles, GPO reporting validation, client communications, and tracking or analysis related to pharma rejections

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Client Facing or account management experience
- 3+ years of PBM experience
- Experience with rebate disbursement, pharmacy benefit management, network pricing, or client reporting processes
- Experience using financial reporting tools, spreadsheets, and information systems, including comfort working in RxMax or similar reporting environments to run jobs, download files, validate outputs, and maintain organized documentation
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and recurring deliverables
- Demonstrated ability to interpret contracts, rebate terms, reporting outputs, payment logic, and client-specific setup requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using SQL for data manipulation and reporting
- AI Experience
- Clear communication skills with the ability to escalate issues promptly and effectively
- Demonstrated analytical mindset with experience performing root cause analysis, variance research, and issue resolution
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional partners across operations, finance, billing, analytics, and client management
- Proven success working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with partners across operations, finance, billing, analytics, pricing, and client management
Success Profile
The successful candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with the ability to operate in a complex environment where accuracy, timeliness, and cross-functional coordination are critical. This person should be comfortable balancing recurring operational work with issue resolution, client-specific research, process improvement, and administrative support across multiple teams.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
