Primary Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a proficiency in delivering high-quality age-specific patient care

• Develop effective working relationships with all members of the ASC and Clinic

• Communicates information effectively, appropriately, and with courtesy regarding patient conditions to those who require the information, including physicians, anesthesia, management, staff, patients, families, and visitors

• Perform safe and competent operative nursing care in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures

• Perform safe and competent operating room nursing care according to the organization's policy & procedures & AORN (Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses) standards and or ASPAN (American Society of Peri Anesthesia Nursing) standards

Required Qualifications:

• Associate of Science in Nursing, or higher (ASN)
• Texas RN license
• Valid and current Texas RN license
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
• 2+ years of experience as a RN in Operating Room
• Single service line experience
• Driver's License and access to reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• RN experience in Pre-Op, Pre-Admission Testing (PAT), Emergency Room (ER), Infusion Therapy, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or hospital setting
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) 

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $51.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
