The Regional Director, Nursing- ASC provides operational and clinical leadership for assigned Ambulatory Surgery Center(s) ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. This role supports the strategic goals of KS SC, LLC by aligning nursing practices with regulatory standards, organizational values, and system-wide initiatives. The Director of Nursing collaborates with ASC Administrative leaders, Medical Directors, and the Senior Director of Nursing - ASC to drive performance, innovation, and workforce development

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution
  • Valid and current TX RN license, BLS
  • Previous AAAHC or Joint Commission accreditation survey experience. Computer skills; working knowledge with Word, Power Point, EMR systems
  • 7+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience
  • Proven conflict resolution, strong analytical/leadership skills 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Master's degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field

  • CNOR, CASC, CAPA, CPAN
  • Ambulatory surgery center experience or perioperative settings
  • Advanced computer skills; EPIC experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
