The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for diagnosis, troubleshooting, performing preventative maintenance, and repairs to Kelsey-Seybold Clinic's building including HVAC mechanical systems, HVAC BAS, automated lighting controls minor electrical, plumbing and Life Safety systems. The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for routine interior/exterior maintenance, building/grounds general repairs, building Life Safety/EHS inspections and coordination/inspection of minor contractor repair projects. These responsibilities shall be carried out in a manner consistent with the highest level of workmanship and expectations as required by Kelsey-Seybold Facilities Management.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or GED
- 3+ years of experience in commercial office building or medical office building maintenance and repair
- Demonstrated ability to handle high stress, high volume workload under pressure with positive results
- Demonstrated experience working in a detail-oriented position with good organizational skills
- Computer literate (Windows OS 2010 -Outlook, Word, Excel & CMMS Work Orders Dispatching software)
- Demonstrated experience as a proactive troubleshooter
- Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- HVAC trade school training/certifications
- Hands on experience of HVAC building automated systems (BAS) and CMMS worker order system
- Demonstrated follow up/follow through customer service abilities, successfully completes daily tasks (PM's or demand work orders as assigned) Successful problem solving skillset
- Solid working knowledge of hand held smart phone (Iphone or Android) OS in conjunction with CMMS work order system
- Excellent customer service skill set and strong written and oral communication abilities
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.38 to $36.44 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
