If you are a Senior Full Stack Engineer who takes pride in what you deliver and are passionate about building highly scalable applications, we have a great opportunity for you. We are looking for a technical engineering lead focused on the design and development of applications on new digital platforms like cloud. You will lead delivery of small teams and help us meet requirements with clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide technology leadership to a solid engineering team
• Define long-term architecture roadmap for existing products
• Develop pioneering approaches to emerging technology and industry trends
• Manage end-to-end application design, development and maintenance
• Work with stakeholders to define and manage scope and approach for projects
• Take ownership of application design and architecture discipline and related activities
• Quickly grasp product functionalities and apply technical skills to excel
• Define, use and communicate design patterns and best practices
• Present and evaluate design solutions objectively
• Participate in design reviews, test case reviews, and production readiness for new releases, provide inputs for Go/No Go decisions and customer issue resolution
• Collaborate closely with business teams, onshore partners, deployment and infrastructure teams
• Coach and mentor other developers in the team
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering
• 5+ years of experience working in the payer or PBM space as a development lead, with responsibility for defining end-to-end application development and delivery
• 3+ years of experience developing React-based applications with responsive design and mobile-ready architecture
• 3+ years of experience in multi-tenant cloud application development, micro-services architecture and deployments
• 3+ years of cloud experience (preferably Azure), including at least two application migrations to a cloud platform
• 2+ years of experience in setup or maintenance of CI/CD pipelines (test, build, deployment and monitoring automation)
• Experience working with technology stack leveraging React/Angular, ASP.NET Core, .NET, MVC, Docker, Kubernetes, MS SQL Server, MongoDB, Postgres, REST & GraphQL APIs
• Experience in both UI and RESTful API tech stacks
• Extensive experience in cloud migration, cloud-native application development and maintenance, micro-services, Kubernetes, serverless/function, and event-driven architecture
• Significant experience in designing and architecting solutions
• Experience working on private cloud and hybrid cloud models, with deep understanding of cloud architecture design principles
• Hands-on implementation experience, ability to design and implement key product/application features as an active member of an Agile Scrum team
• Knowledge of Grafana, New Relic, Sonar, and Docker
• Knowledge of Terraform scripting and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of common security vulnerabilities, their causes and remediation
• Knowledge of security scanning methodologies and tools (e.g. HP Fortify, Whitehat, WebInspect)
• Proven excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven ability in design thinking and applying suitable technologies to solve business problems (cost-efficient, high-performance, resilient and scalable)
• Proven technical skills to understand complex designs and implement large, complex systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience delivering software using Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience working in a DevOps model
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment while maintaining adherence to standards and best practices
• Healthcare industry experience
