Primary Responsibilities:

Product Owner (PO) Alignment

Product Vision, Backlog & Delivery Ownership

  • Own and manage the capability and feature backlog, ensuring continuous refinement, prioritization, and readiness of user stories aligned to product vision and business value.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, expressed as well-defined capabilities, features, and user stories.
  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, delivery teams, and program leadership.
  • Lead backlog grooming, sizing, and estimation at capability and feature levels in collaboration with developers, architects, and RTE.
  • Define acceptance criteria and formally accept completed features and user stories based on business intent and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with development teams to plan and execute releases, balancing scope, timelines, dependencies, and value delivery.
  • Represent client and stakeholder interests as the single voice of the customer to the delivery team.

Project Manager (PM) Alignment

Planning, Execution & Governance

  • Develop, manage, and communicate release and delivery plans, ensuring alignment with program milestones, dependencies, and capacity constraints.
  • Own issue and risk management end-to-end, including identification, impact analysis, mitigation planning, and escalation.
  • Provide project status reporting to PMO/PMC, Product Managers, and Program Managers, covering progress, risks, blockers, and dependencies.
  • Produce and maintain project documentation and governance artifacts throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Oversee end-to-end (E2E) testing activities, ensuring readiness, coordination, and successful validation prior to release.
  • Deliver comprehensive reporting packages, including:
    • Project health and status dashboards
    • Watch lists and risk registers
    • Resource actuals and forecasted capacity tracking
  • Navigate less structured, complex delivery environments, driving clarity, accountability, and timely execution.

Business Analyst (BA) Alignment

Requirements & Stakeholder Enablement

  • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements, needs, and wants through stakeholder collaboration.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable functional and non-functional requirements in the form of features and user stories.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding and traceability.
  • Support backlog refinement by clarifying intent, dependencies, edge cases, and acceptance scenarios.
  • Ensure requirements traceability from discovery through development, testing, and release.
  • Support and mentor POs, BAs, and SMEs, serving as a trusted resource for requirement quality, best practices, and delivery alignment.

Cross-Role & Leadership Contributions (PO / PM / BA)

  • Serve as a single point of contact across product, delivery, and stakeholder groups to streamline collaboration and decision-making.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with diverse audiences, including technical teams, business leaders, and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a resource and mentor to team members, sharing domain knowledge, delivery expertise, and process guidance.
  • Adapt effectively to changing business environments, shifting priorities, and evolving organizational directives.
  • Comply with all employment terms, company policies, and organizational directives, including flexibility in work arrangements, assignments, and responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters' degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Management, or related field
  • Experience in Project Management/Agile Product Management
  • Experience writing clear capabilities and features
  • Experience with mid to large scale initiatives that involve significant development and deployment, including leading a diverse cross-functional team
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Understands the customer goals clearly while developing the product vision and roadmap & communicate it back to customers/product teams
  • Advance level of proficiency with PC/Web based software programs such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Clarity, Rally, AHA, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and an ability to present information in a variety of different formats to all levels of stakeholders
  • Proven excellent analytical skills
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and intellectual curiosity with the ability resolve issues
  • Proven ability to internalize, interpret and document complex scenarios clearly and concisely
  • Proven assimilates quickly to new environments and pressures, exhibits flexibility, and applies a continuous learning mindset in all aspects of work
