Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead critical production issue resolution and drive timely recovery of business services
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive and corrective actions
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to prioritize and resolve production issues
• Provide accurate effort estimates, planning, and delivery commitments
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to quality, security, and performance standards
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership across projects and support activities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, automation, and operational excellence
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

• Data Engineering with 6+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting large-scale data solutions
• Experience in ETL/ELT design, development, performance tuning, and implementation
• Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and optimization of large-scale data pipelines
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions, with a focus on Responsible AI practices and business value realization
• Knowledge of monitoring, incident management, and production support processes
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, coding standards, and best practices
• Proficiency in Python for data engineering, automation, and application development
• Proven solid expertise in Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Cloud, and modern cloud-based data platforms
• Proven advanced SQL development and query optimization skills for high-volume data processing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF),DataBricks Spark/PySpark, Delta Lake, and data orchestration frameworks
• Experience in AI/ML solution implementation, Generative AI, and intelligent automation
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and automation practices
• Understanding of data governance, security, compliance, and cloud architecture best practices
