Primary Responsibilities:

• Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of enterprise Database Administration experience
• Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2019/2022/2025 administration, upgrades, migrations, patching, backup, restore, and recovery
• Experience with Always On Availability Groups, Clustering, High Availability (HA), and Disaster Recovery (DR)
• Experience with MySQL 8.4 LTS and MySQL 9.x administration, replication, backup/recovery, performance tuning, and InnoDB Cluster
• Hands-on experience with Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Managed Instance, and cloud database migrations
• Experience with AWS RDS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud database platforms
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux administration, Active Directory, and Infrastructure Automation
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server Security, TempDB, Resource Governor, In-Memory OLTP, SSIS, and PowerShell automation
• Knowledge of AI-enabled database technologies, Azure AI services, Microsoft Fabric, vector databases, and modern AI/data platforms
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as SQL Sentry, Grafana, Prometheus, and SolarWinds
• Proven expertise in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, Query Store, Indexing, and Database Health Monitoring
• Proven ability to support critical production environments, lead war-room troubleshooting, and work effectively in Agile teams
• Proven excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
