Primary Responsibilities:

• Drives Design, implementation, and maintenance of high-quality and scalable Big Data solutions
• Research, evaluate, and deploy new tools, frameworks, and patterns to build sustainable Big Data platform
• Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement of existing solutions
  Leads consolidation/deprecation strategy and execution for legacy assets
• Champion an AI-first engineering strategy by leveraging Agentic AI and AI-DLC capabilities
• Lead the analytic engineering team in establishing a "Cloud First" approach to data and analytics work
• Assist in defining product technical architecture
• Technical expertise and leadership apply to guide teams in design decisions
• Establish measurement criteria and systems to track daily processes, implementation of new initiatives and projects
• Analyze and define customer requirements
• Design and implement product features in collaboration with other technical teams, business, and IT stakeholders
• Make accurate development effort estimates to assist management in project and resource planning

• Provides clear direction to achieve goals, creating an environment that fosters team commitment and employee engagement
• Lead thorough code architecture reviews
• Translate initiatives into actions through a thoughtful, organized and well-planned approach
• Ensure that Company patients' protected health information (PHI) is used/disclosed only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in technical field, or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of technology experience / or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of progressive management experience
• 5+ years of data and analytics experience
• 5+ or more years of previous relational database experience
• 4+ years of experience in Bigdata, HDFS, Spark, Streaming
• 2+ years in at least one major cloud platform (Azure preferred)
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodology/best practices
• Thorough understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA) concepts
• Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to define and communicate the product strategy

Preferred Qualification:

• 5+ years of hands-on Software Development experience
