Full Stack Engineer - React, Angular, Python or Java

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications across frontend and backend layers
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue.js)
• Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices using Node.js, Java, or Python
• Work with healthcare data systems such as EHR/EMR, claims, and clinical data platforms
• Design and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL) to support application functionality and data integrity
• Collaborate with product, data, and clinical teams to translate healthcare business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure applications adhere to healthcare compliance and data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA)
• Participate in testing, debugging, performance optimization, and code reviews
• Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting in cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in full stack development or software engineering roles
• Experience in backend development using Node.js, Java, or Python
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web services
• Familiarity with Git and version control practices
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and basic CI/CD concepts
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one frontend framework (React/Angular/Vue)
