Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable full-stack applications across web, API, cloud, and data platforms
• Build secure, reliable, and reusable software components that deliver business value and superior user experiences
• Develop and maintain REST APIs, microservices, integrations, and cloud-native solutions
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end technology solutions
• Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution implementation while promoting engineering best practices
• Drive application performance, scalability, security, observability, and operational excellence
• Mentor engineers, contribute to technical roadmaps, and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Support Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and execution
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with modern web and cloud technologies
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and cloud-native application development
• Solid proficiency in Go, Python
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and secure coding standards
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, solve complex technical problems, and influence technical decisions

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience in healthcare technology, AI/ML solutions, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
