Primary Responsibilities:

• Frontend Engineering
  • Lead the design and development of high‑performance, scalable web applications using React.JS and Next.JS
  • Implement modern React features including Hooks, Context API, Suspense, Error Boundaries, and React 18 capabilities
  • Ensure responsive UI, cross‑browser compatibility, and accessibility best practices
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to translate designs into high‑quality user experiences
  • Optimize frontend performance, SEO (via Next.JS), and application rendering strategies
• Backend Engineering
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java (Spring Boot)
  • Build and expose RESTful APIs that integrate seamlessly with frontend applications
  • Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable backend architectures
  • Work closely with database teams to ensure efficient data access and performance
• Cloud and DevOps (Azure)
  • Containerize applications using Docker, including multi‑stage builds and image optimization
  • Deploy and manage applications using Azure Container Apps and Azure Static Web Apps
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of overall software development experience with Java and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid hands‑on experience with React.js and Next.js in production environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, including multi‑stage builds.
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Proven expertise in Spring Boot for backend development.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
• Solid knowledge of Azure Cloud services, especially:
  • Azure Container Apps
  • Azure Static Web Apps
  • Azure Front Door / CDN
