Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale client reporting, analytics, and data-driven solutions
  • Partner with business stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements, KPIs, metrics, and analytics roadmaps
  • Design and implement scalable reporting and analytics solutions leveraging Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Spark, SQL, Power BI, and modern analytics technologies
  • Establish governance and standards for reporting, metric definitions, data quality, and analytics delivery
  • Lead the development of client-facing dashboards, executive reporting, scorecards, and self-service analytics capabilities
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to build and optimize data products, reporting platforms, and analytics ecosystem
  • Drive reporting modernization initiatives across cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP environments
  • Establish best practices, operating models, and technology roadmaps for client reporting and analytics programs
  • Enable AI-assisted analytics and intelligent automation through the integration of GenAI, machine learning, and advanced analytics capabilities
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, governance, and compliance across reporting and analytics solutions
  • Provide leadership for reporting transformation, analytics optimization, and data modernization initiatives
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to define analytics strategy and solutions
  • Lead analytics reviews, reporting governance sessions, and decision-making processes related to reporting and insights delivery
  • Mentor analysts and engineers while fostering a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for client reporting, analytics, business intelligence, and modern data platforms
  • Review the work of others and provide leadership, guidance, and coaching
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, data engineering, or related disciplines
  • Hands-on expertise with SQL, Python, reporting tools, data modeling, and modern analytics architecture principles
  • Experience building executive dashboards, client-facing reports, scorecards, and self-service analytics solutions using Power BI or comparable BI platforms
  • Experience with modern data technologies including Databricks, Apache Spark, SQL, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data integration frameworks
  • Experience enabling analytics delivery through automation, CI/CD practices, and modern data platform capabilities
  • Experience working with large-scale enterprise datasets and client reporting environments
  • Proven experience leading reporting transformation, analytics modernization, or enterprise BI initiatives
  • Solid experience building enterprise-scale reporting, analytics, and data platform solutions
  • Solid experience designing and supporting analytical, reporting, performance management, and data product ecosystems
  • Deep knowledge of Azure cloud services; experience with AWS and/or GCP is preferred
  • Solid understanding of data governance, security, compliance, and reporting controls
  • Demonstrated solid stakeholder management, client engagement, communication, and executive presentation skills
  • Demonstrated success leading geographically distributed analytics, reporting, or data engineering teams


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting healthcare, financial, operational, or client reporting functions
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, Azure Synapse, or equivalent analytics platforms
  • Experience managing client-facing reporting programs and executive communications
  • Knowledge of GenAI-enabled analytics, narrative reporting, and intelligent insight generation
