Lead quality engineering efforts for modern healthcare applications, data platforms, and AI-powered solutions. This role is responsible for defining and executing comprehensive testing strategies across web applications, APIs, data platforms, and GenAI/NLP capabilities while ensuring high standards for quality, performance, security, and compliance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and execute manual and automated testing strategies across full-stack applications, APIs, data pipelines, and analytics platforms
- Validate NLP/GenAI use cases, including natural language query interpretation, response accuracy, relevance, grounding, and edge-case handling
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
- Perform database testing across Snowflake and related data platforms, including data validation, transformation testing, lineage verification, and reconciliation
- Lead performance, scalability, and load testing to ensure platform reliability under production workloads
- Conduct security and vulnerability testing, partnering with engineering teams to remediate risks and ensure compliance with enterprise standards
- Collaborate closely with developers, data engineers, product owners, and architects to improve product quality throughout the SDLC
- Support audit, compliance, and validation activities required for healthcare and regulated environments
- Establish quality metrics, test reporting, and continuous improvement practices
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or Test Automation
- Experience testing AI/ML or NLP-driven applications, including validation of prompts, queries, responses, and business outcomes
- Experience with performance, load, and stress testing tools and methodologies
- Experience with security testing, vulnerability assessment, and secure SDLC practices
- Solid expertise in test automation, API testing, and end-to-end testing frameworks
- Solid knowledge of SQL, database testing, and data validation techniques
- Demonstrated solid analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on Quality Engineering leader who can combine automation, AI/NLP validation, database testing, performance engineering, and security testing to ensure reliable, compliant, and high-quality healthcare technology solutions
- Experience with Snowflake, DBT, and modern cloud data platforms
- Experience testing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- Healthcare domain experience, particularly within regulated and compliance-focused environments
- Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and Azure environments
- Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, and automated quality gates
