Primary Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily Scrum meetings and deliver the assigned tasks within the timelines specified and meet the team goal
• Work with minimal guidance, seeking guidance on only the most complex tasks
• Role-sharing in the team as and when the demand would be
• Validate application using AI based automation frameworks
• Able to validate apis using automation techniques
• Write test cases based on the features / User stories defined
• Apply one's knowledge to improve the product experience
• Run demos of the developed features to the team
• Need to have automation using Selenium, python or similar tech stack
• Author test cases in Cucumber or Gherkin format
• Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications
• Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features
• Understand and implement security and data protection
• Identify and apply reusable solutions and design patterns, as applicable
• Optimize user experience / interface designs
• Analyze and investigate
• Provide explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience working on testing projects, with a tester first approach
• Must have end user understanding to perform UAT tasks
• Positive attitude and get things done approach

Preferred Qualifications:

• Programming using python, AI techniques
• Selenium API, understand what it takes to stabilize automation scripts
