We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Engineering Manager to lead enterprise-scale Quality Engineering (QE) transformations, modernize test automation, and implement shift-left quality practices. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in AI systems design, cloud engineering, and business strategy, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional engineering teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Transformation: Lead enterprise-scale QE transformations and modernize test automation across data, cloud, and AI-driven platforms.  Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quality Engineering professionals, including offshore resources, by providing strategic direction, performance coaching, career development, and operational oversight. Foster a high-performing culture through effective workforce planning, talent retention strategies, succession planning, and proactive management of personnel performance and employee engagement
• AI QE Strategy: Define and execute enterprise AI QE strategies, governance frameworks, operating models, and AI adoption roadmaps
• Capability Building: Build and scale AI-enabled Quality Engineering capabilities, focusing on Agentic AI, LLMOps, Autonomous testing, and AI evaluation frameworks
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with business and technology stakeholders to ensure engineering productivity, release quality, and delivery velocity. Team Management: Manage and mentor cross-functional engineering teams to drive operational efficiency and shift-left quality practices
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and automation
• Domain Expertise: Proven experience delivering outcomes in highly regulated or complex domains such as Healthcare, Customer care Domin
• Technical Ecosystem: Deep expertise in cloud platforms, data engineering, and AI systems design
• Core Competencies (Top Skills): AI Assurance & AI Governance Generative AI & Agentic Automation AI Evaluation & LLMOps

Preferred Qualification:

• Certifications include: Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer Google Cloud Certified Associate Cloud Engineer Generative AI Leader (or equivalent AI certifications)
