Seeking a visionary G29 Architect with deep expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Modern Engineering, Cloud, Data, and AI to lead the next phase of TechOpsHub's evolution into an AI-powered Decision Intelligence platform.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in software engineering and architecture with hands-on experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, enterprise data platforms, cloud technologies, and modern software delivery practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the architectural vision and technology strategy for TechOpsHub, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and future-state roadmap
• Design scalable, secure, cloud-native, and AI-enabled solutions that support business-critical platforms and decision intelligence capabilities
• Drive AI-first innovation by leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics to deliver measurable business value
• Establish and enforce engineering, architecture, security, and DevSecOps best practices to ensure platform reliability, performance, and maintainability
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, and Business leaders to shape roadmaps, solve complex technical challenges, and accelerate delivery
• Mentor architects and senior engineers, lead architecture reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 14+ years of technology experience with 5+ years in architecture leadership roles
• Solid hands-on software engineering background with expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications
• Experience leading architecture for data-intensive and business-critical platforms
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, microservices, databases, messaging, and integration architecture
• Proven ability to influence technical decisions across multiple teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building or architecting AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, or RAG-based solutions
• Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Copilot ecosystem, orchestration frameworks, vector databases, and LLM-driven applications
• Experience with enterprise portfolio management, application rationalization, technology governance, or decision intelligence platforms
• Healthcare domain experience 
• Knowledge of MLOps, AI governance, model evaluation, and responsible AI practices
