Bridge clinical and technology teams by translating clinical guidelines, workflows, and business needs into scalable healthcare solutions. Partner with clinicians, product managers, and engineers to develop, validate, and optimize clinical models, decision-support logic, and healthcare workflows.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Gather and document clinical and business requirements
• Translate clinical guidelines into workflows, rules, and user stories
• Collaborate with clinicians and engineering teams on solution design and implementation
• Support clinical model development, validation, and UAT
• Analyze production issues and recommend improvements
• Ensure clinical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder alignment
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Informatics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, clinical informatics, or business analysis
• Solid understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare technology
• Proven excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
