We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and support digital transformation initiatives involving RPA/.net, data, and modern application technologies. Basic technical understanding of automation, databases, and emerging technologies is essential to ensure effective solution design and delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
• Collaborate with developers, RPA teams, QA, and project managers to ensure accurate implementation
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization
• Support RPA initiatives by identifying automation candidates and defining business logic
• Participate in UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives, compliance standards, and technical feasibility
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Core Business Analysis Skills
  • Experience with process modeling (flowcharts)
  • Solid experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Proven excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Technical & Domain Knowledge (Basic to Intermediate)
• RPA / UiPath
  • Basic understanding of RPA concepts and automation lifecycle
  • Familiarity with UiPath components such as Studio, Orchestrator, and Bots
  • Proven ability to identify automation potential in business processes
• SQL
  • Basic knowledge of databases 
  • Understanding of how data is used for reporting and business insights
• AI / ML (Foundational Awareness)
  • General understanding of AI/ML concepts and tools like copilot
• .NET (Conceptual Knowledge)
  • Basic understanding of .NET applications
  • Proven ability to communicate requirements effectively with .NET development teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on digital transformation or automation projects
• Domain experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Utilities 
• Understanding of data analytics or reporting tools
• Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, Swagger, Postman
