Primary Responsibilities:

• Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
• Translates highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
• Works well in cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams
• Develop business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications
• Primary contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value
• Be able to fine tune application code to improve performance
• Support the team for application availability, reliability, and stability on a 7 by 24 by 365 basis
• Conduct or facilitate root cause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend a corrective action plan
• Work with team to achieve timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements
• Conduct code review to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high quality standards
• Work with business to prioritize production issue resolution
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of overall experience, with 7+ years in SAS
• 5+ years of experience with Python, Spark, and Snowflake
• 1+ years of Healthcare domain experience
• Solid hands-on expertise in SAS/Base, SAS Macros, PROC SQL
• Experience with shell scripting for automation
• Working knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Cloud
• Advanced SQL skills for large-scale data processing and performance optimization
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end design and development of data pipelines and analytics solutions
• Proven ability to own technical delivery, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability
• Proven ability to drive code reviews, best practices, and optimization standards
• Proven ability to mentor team members and provide technical guidance
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Proven solid communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proven ability to work in a fast-changing environment
• Proven solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proven detail-oriented with solid organizational and team leadership abilities

Preferred Qualification:

• Exposure to frontend technologies
