Primary Responsibilities:

• Offshore employees to support several key initiatives and need to be flexible to work in parallel
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• B.E / MCA / B. Tech / M. Tech /MS Graduation
• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering skill set
• Hands-on experience on AI agent development and orchestration, Tool integration (MCP, Lang graph, langchain, Agno Framework etc.)
• Good hands-on experience with Vibe coding with co-pilot
• Knowledge of Data Bricks, Snowflake, PostgresSQL, Unix Shell Script/Perl/Python
• Healthcare knowledge essential - FHIR Resource, Customer, Member, Claims and Provider
• Technically sound in both current technologies Python as well as cloud technologies Azure/Data Bricks & Snowflake, Airflow, GitHub Co-pilot, and AI agent development and orchestration, Tool integration. Good hands-on experience with Vibe coding with co-pilot
• Proven excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to lead the team
• Proven ability to work as individual as well as team player
• Proven ability to communicate with internal and external customers
