Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance enterprise web applications using front-end technologies (HTMX, Angular, React, JavaScript, jQuery) and backend systems (Go, Java).
• Architect, build, and deploy scalable microservices, secure RESTful APIs, and robust backend services
• Design and implement responsive, cross-browser compatible UI/UX and integrate messaging systems for event-driven architectures
• Build and deploy cloud-based solutions and automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub)
• Use enterprise-approved AI productivity tools to streamline development workflows, automate manual tasks, and evaluate emerging technology trends to drive continuous innovation
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent software development experience (e.g., 4+ years of additional software development experience in lieu of a degree).
• 6+ years of software engineering experience building, deploying, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications
• 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience utilizing both Go and Java
• 4+ years of hands-on front-end development experience utilizing HTMX, Angular, React, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Proven experience working with SQL Server, including writing complex SQL queries

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure (such as Web Apps, Functions, API Management, and Key Vault)
• Experience with cloud monitoring, logging tools (such as Azure Monitor or Application Insights), and messaging services
• Experience utilizing modern AI-assisted development tools and automation aids to optimize coding efficiency
• Familiarity with Agile development and DevOps methodologies.
