Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React (frontend) and Java (backend)
- Own end-to-end feature delivery from requirements to production deployment
- Provide technical leadership in designing scalable frontend and backend architectures
- Lead development of modern, responsive UIs using React (hooks, state management, reusable components)
- Build and maintain robust backend services using Java (Spring Boot / Microservices architecture)
- Design and develop REST APIs and ensure seamless frontend-backend integration
- Architect and optimize database solutions (SQL/NoSQL)
- Ensure application quality in terms of performance, scalability, and security
- Mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and enforce coding standards
- Drive CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and deployments
- Work with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and UX teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Lead troubleshooting, production support, and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Promote test automation, unit testing, and best engineering practices
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, estimation, sprint reviews)
- Act as a technical point of contact for stakeholders and cross-team dependencies
Builder Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
Graduation/Post graduation - BTech/BE/MTech
- Experience working on Spring Boot, RabbitMQ
- Java (Spring Boot / Microservices architecture
- Experience working on Microservices
- Experience working on Reactjs
