Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage the configuration of system profiles within the access provisioning tool based on gathered requirements 
• Work with Business as well as IT teams to gather information necessary to set the strategy for access provisioning and influence adoption of internal tools 
• Document business and technical processes surrounding user access provisioning 
• and identity management 
• Develop and extend monitoring reports on the health, effectiveness, and efficiency of the IAM service 
• Act in a strategic capacity for Identity & Access Management (IAM) technologies, tools and processes across the organization for both on-prem and cloud-based solutions 
• Lead and support migration of applications and domains to our enterprise provisioning tool(s) 
• Establish and manage overall project plans for small to medium size efforts 
• Provide provisioning administration training to Business and IT users 
• Lead and collaborate in defining and executing the IAM strategy with considerations for both legacy and net-new technologies 
• Influence organizational change through the development and adoption of access management solutions based on industry best practices 
• Analyzes and investigates synchronization exceptions 
• Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree or associate degree and 4+ years of equivalent experience 
• 4+ years of IAM access provisioning and governance experience 
• 2+ years of IAM experience with provisioning and governing tools such as  IdentityIQ (IIQ), Saviynt, Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), CA Identity Manager, or equivalent tool experience 
• 4+ years of Mainframe/RACF & Active Directory experience within the follow areas: 
• Conceptual understanding of the RACF group tree structure, and experience with administration of User, Group, Dataset, and General Resource profiles is mandatory. 
• Knowledge of, and experience with IBM's zSecure suite of tools to include Admin, Audit, Events, and Access Monitor.
• Knowledge and experience with SAS and COBOL programming languages. 
• Intermediate knowledge and experience with the following Z/OS subsystems: 
  • CICS (Customer Information Control System) 
  • DB2 
  • FileAid 
  • FTP / SFTP 
  • ICSF (Integrated Cryptographic Service Facility) 
  • ISPF (Interactive System Productivity Facility) 
  • JCL (Job Control Language) 
  • SDSF (Spool Display & Search Facility) 
  • UNIX 
  • CA / Broadcom Endevor 
  • TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler) 
  • VSAM (IDCAMS)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of and experience with IBM MFA (MultiFactor Authentication)
• In addition, experience and management of SSL certificates for the z/OS platform, as well as experience with IBM MFA (MultiFactor Authentication)
• Familiarity with CARLa programming code
