Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides leadership to and is accountable for the performance of individual contributors
• Bring innovative ideas to help continuously improve the application portfolio including the design, build, deploy, test and runtime within cloud ecosystems
• Contribute to Design, Development, Unit Testing, System Testing and Test Automation activities
• Participate in troubleshooting and debugging critical problems and resolving complex technical issues that may arise in a complex platform
• Be able to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Work with geographically distributed Agile teams
• Provides leadership to and is accountable for the performance of managers and/or senior level professional staff

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with Solid proficiency in Java, SpringBoot or other backend programming languages
• 5+ years of experience with Node JS, Angular/React
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure
• Good hands-on experience on MVC, SOA based applications, applications with high configurability
• Good experience leading setup of DevOps tools for CI/CD and CT setups
• Solid experience on Full stack Application development
• Experience with a variety of modern open-source technologies (Kafka, Kubernetes)
• Broad technology experience, including complex systems integration
• Solid technical development experience on effectively writing code, code reviews, best practices on configuration management and code refactoring
• Knowledge of CICD, Security & Vulnerabilities: Maven, Jenkins & Service Now API integration for auto deployments, Stargate, Fortify, Sonar and Twistlock
• Health care domain knowledge
• Good understanding of SCRUM and best practices
• Proven good analytical and self-learning skills and desire to learn new technologies
• Proven good in oral & written communication skills
