Primary Responsibilities:

• Builds complex enterprise ecosystems and solves high-level strategic issues. Decision maker for final recommendation from multiple solution options. Provides governance to ensure engineering best practices are followed
• Designs solutions at enterprise level connecting multiple platforms. Identifies relevant security standards that apply to own work and adheres to protocols. Understands security risks & implications when evaluating solutions
• Draws correlations from non-standard data sets and uses broader inferences to drive business value. Ability to understand how different parts of business work together
• Produces high-level design documents that clearly state the intent/goal and helps team to understand the guardrails. Understands how to produce documents iteratively. Able to define architecture runway for the program for strategic direction with 1 to 5year horizon
• Communicates and negotiates direction with executive leadership and technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with senior technical stakeholders such as Platform Architects & Application Architects to design and implement robust architecture in the platform and support building robust products using Cloud technology and .Net/Java
• Optimizing web applications for maximum performance, compatibility, and responsiveness across various platforms and devices
• Expand your expertise by learning and solving problems beyond your core skillset, particularly
• Mentor and guide other engineers to develop and grow within the team

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of industry experience
• 10+ years of experience in designing, developing & maintaining large scale enterprise web, cloud applications
• 8+ years of experience in managing software development teams
• Hands-on experience in Designing, Developing and Managing solution in MS Azure/AWS/GCP Cloud platform
• Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies and frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, Test Driven Development, etc.
• Experience in Cloud based application development, preferably on Azure cloud
• Experience with API-driven solution stacks, and microservices architecture
• Proven experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Expertise level of exposure to .Net and .Net Core stack
• Expertise in Authentication & Authorization solutions, patterns. Familiarity with NextAuth.JS
• Expert in modern Angular web & Azure cloud technology stack, Deep expertise of security, performance, scalability, reliability and feasibility in solution design. Stays current with evolving technologies and recommend use case for implementation
• Expert business knowledge and understand the product market. Defines strategic directions of business architecture, Decision maker for the identification/prioritization of solution from the various options provided by team. Deep knowledge of regulatory environment, sales and digital experience, and channel
• Deep knowledge of customer's product roadmap, Work with customers on their long term strategic technical roadmaps and guide in their decision making
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols
• Solid exposure to .Net Full stack product development using technologies like C#, Angular, React, Typescript, CSS, Rest API, SQL/No-SQL Database
• Proficiency over CI/CD pipelines, Azure/AWS/GCP, Github Actions, AI tools in SDLC
• Proven ability to drive strategic technology/engine reuse, technology and architecture health, and development process improvement
• Proven ability to evaluate tools/technologies and demonstrate through POC if required
• AI/ML & Generative AI
  • Hands-on experience developing AI/ML-enabled enterprise solutions
  • Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases, embeddings, document retrieval, and semantic search
  • Practical experience with LangChain and LangGraph for building AI agents, conversational applications, workflow orchestration, and intelligent automation
  • Solid understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise AI solution design
  • Expertise in Prompt Engineering techniques to optimize LLM performance for business use cases

Preferred Qualification:

• Familiarity with Azure AI services such as Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and Azure Machine Learning
