We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Technical Lead to drive the engineering vision and technical execution for our product. This role will be responsible for leading the engineering team in designing, developing, and delivering highly visible, business-critical solutions using Microsoft Azure, .NET, Angular, and AI/ML technologies.

The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle, champion cloud-native architecture, and lead the adoption of Generative AI capabilities, AI-assisted engineering practices, and modern DevOps methodologies to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership for the engineering team responsible for delivering high-impact and business-critical features for the high visibility products, ensuring solution quality, scalability, reliability, and maintainability
• Architect, design, and implement cloud-native enterprise solutions using Microsoft Azure, .NET, and Angular, leveraging Azure services to build secure, scalable, and resilient applications
• Lead the design and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI initiatives that improve business processes, automate workflows, and enhance customer experiences across the product portfolio
• Drive the adoption and implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, Prompt Engineering best practices, and AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph to develop intelligent enterprise applications
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Data Scientists, Architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching to software engineers through architecture reviews, code reviews, design discussions, and technical knowledge sharing to foster engineering excellence
• Establish and enforce software engineering best practices, including secure coding standards, design patterns, performance optimization, testing strategies, and architectural governance
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to strategic technology decisions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, and long-term business objectives
• Drive DevOps maturity by implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, monitoring, observability, and release management practices to improve deployment efficiency and operational stability
• Champion the adoption of AI-powered Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) tools to enhance developer productivity, automate repetitive engineering tasks, improve code quality, accelerate testing, and optimize software delivery
• Ensure applications meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, performance, scalability, and operational excellence while proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks
• Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and advancements in cloud computing, AI/ML, and Generative AI, recommending innovative solutions that deliver measurable business value

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 15+ years of software engineering experience, with solid expertise in Microsoft Azure, .NET, Angular, and AI/ML technologies
• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale cloud applications and AI-driven solutions
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a solid focus on continuous improvement and engineering best practices

Technical Skills

• Cloud & Platform Technologies
  • Solid expertise in Microsoft Azure Cloud, including designing, deploying, and managing cloud-native enterprise applications.
  • Experience with Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Azure API Management
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture principles, microservices, distributed systems, scalability, security, and high availability
• AI/ML & Generative AI
  • Hands-on experience developing AI/ML-enabled enterprise solutions
  • Solid understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise AI solution design
  • Expertise in Prompt Engineering techniques to optimize LLM performance for business use cases
  • Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases, embeddings, document retrieval, and semantic search
  • Practical experience with LangChain and LangGraph for building AI agents, conversational applications, workflow orchestration, and intelligent automation
  • Familiarity with Azure AI services such as Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and Azure Machine Learning is highly desirable
• Application Development
  • Solid experience in .NET, ASP.NET Core, C#, RESTful APIs, Web APIs, Entity Framework Core, and modern software design principles
  • Proficiency in Angular for building responsive, scalable, and maintainable front-end applications
  • Experience developing enterprise-grade applications using modern architectural patterns such as Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and microservices
• DevOps & Engineering Practices
  • Experience with DevOps tools including Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub, Jenkins, YAML pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Solid knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD), automated testing, release management, and monitoring practices
  • Experience integrating AI-assisted engineering tools into the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including AI-powered code generation, automated code reviews, test generation, documentation assistance, and developer productivity solutions
• Leadership & Collaboration
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and drive engineering excellence across multiple initiatives
  • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to balance technical innovation and business priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across engineering, product, architecture, and business teams
