- Partner closely with anti-fraud and security teams to analyze attack vectors and translate those insights into scalable, proactive architectural designs
- Architect the bridge between human and non-human identities (NHI) to enable secure governance of agents and digital workers, agnostic of the sponsoring IdP (e.g., workforce vs. consumer)
- Ensure the entire platform and its products are built on the latest open standards (OAuth2, OIDC, FIDO) and privacy-by-design principles
- Lead the technical evolution of the platform to support secure healthcare data interoperability, minimizing user friction for "good" users while maximizing threat protection

- Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline solution design, automate complex engineering tasks, and drive continuous platform improvement
- Evaluate emerging trends in cybersecurity, identity, and autonomous systems to inform long-term strategic innovation and ecosystem resilience

The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, fraud prevention strategies, and privacy-by-design frameworks

At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone. We believe everyone-of every race, gender, sexuality, age, location and income-deserves the opportunity to live their healthiest life. Today, however, there are still far too many barriers to good health which are disproportionately experienced by people of color, historically marginalized groups and those with lower incomes. We are committed to mitigating our impact on the environment and enabling and delivering equitable care that addresses health disparities and improves health outcomes - an enterprise priority reflected in our mission.
