Primary Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy, Vision & Delivery
    • Define and execute product strategy for AI-powered payer solutions, including agentic platforms and automation use cases
    • Translate complex payer business problems (benefits, pricing, policy, prior auth) into scalable AI product capabilities
    • Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap aligned to measurable business outcomes (e.g., cost savings, denial reduction, operational efficiency)
    • Drive portfolio-level prioritization balancing innovation, scalability, and speed to market
  • End-to-End Product Lifecycle
    • Support the full product lifecycle from concept through Alpha, Beta, and General Availability (GA)
    • Define MVP scope, success criteria, and acceptance criteria for AI-driven capabilities
    • Support backlog creation, refinement, and prioritization using Agile frameworks (Rally/Aha)
    • Partner with engineering and data science teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, operations, compliance, and clinical stakeholders
    • Partner with external organizations to align on product delivery and technical capabilities
    • Support and lead executive communications, product reviews, and cross-team alignment to ensure delivery success
    • Act as product SME to support sales enablement and customer engagement
  • Customer & Market Alignment
    • Engage with payer clients to validate use cases and ensure alignment with real-world workflows
    • Incorporate regulatory and operational requirements into product design
    • Develop customer-facing materials to support go-to-market readiness and adoption
  • Performance Measurement & Outcomes
    • Define and track KPIs tied to business value (e.g., cost reduction, call deflection, automation rates)
    • Monitor product performance and continuously iterate based on feedback and analytics
  • Ensure delivery of measurable outcomes aligned to revenue and growth objectives
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • 13+ years in healthcare services, healthcare technology, or software development
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex, enterprise-scale products
  • 2+ years Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML-driven products (e.g., LLMs, automation, decisioning systems)
  • Experience translating strategy into execution (roadmaps, features, KPIs, delivery plans)
  • Experience working in Agile environments and managing product backlogs
  • Solid stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level interaction
  • Solid understanding of healthcare payer operations (claims, benefits, prior authorization, policy/editing)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Microsoft Copilot
  • Experience launching new AI products in the healthcare or payer space
  • Experience working with external partners in product development
  • Solid understanding of API-first and platform product design
  • Familiarity with agentic systems, orchestration frameworks, or platform-based product models
  • Demonstrated success supporting go-to-market strategy and product commercialization
