Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coach, mentor, guide managers, leaders, and Teams of Teams in Agile mindset, practices, and behaviors across programs and portfolios
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership at team, program, and portfolio levels on Agile adoption, transformation, and governance
  • Act as Agile Coach of Coaches, providing leadership, mentoring, and capability uplift for Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches
  • Lead and support enterprise-scale Agile transformations, including selection, implementation, and optimization of Agile scaling frameworks
  • Navigate complex transformation environments, balancing conflicting interests, resistance to change, and leadership-level trade-offs
  • Analyze multiple teams, dependencies, value streams, portfolios, and programs to identify systemic improvement opportunities
  • Enable organizations to increase value delivery, drive incremental improvement, and unlock new business opportunities
  • Proactively identify complex cross-team and cross-domain issues and influence timely resolution through leadership alignment
  • Define and implement outcome-focused Agile and business metrics that drive desired behaviors and measure value (not activity).
  • Orchestrate Agile ceremonies, artifacts, and feedback loops across multiple teams to enable sustained performance improvement
  • Leverage AI‑assisted insights responsibly to enhance visibility into flow, dependencies, risk, and systemic constraints while ensuring leaders distinguish signal from noise
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with organizational leadership, tailoring messaging for relevance, clarity, and impact
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Use AI tools to synthesis complex information into concise, leadership‑ready narratives while maintaining accountability for context, intent, and decision quality
  • Coach leaders and teams through organizational change, cultural transformation, and behavior shifts, addressing resistance constructively
  • Partner with technical leaders to identify and address technical limitations, including DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering practices
  • Establish and nurture Communities of Practice across roles and domains to scale learning and consistency
  • Continuously learn from practice and bring emerging Agile, AI, and industry trends (e.g., financial agility, product funding, talent models) into the organization
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years of relevant experience leading complex technology programs in large, matrixed organizations
  • Experience working as a Scrum Master and solid working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean‑Agile practices
  • Experience supporting Agile Release Trains and participating in PI Planning activities
  • Experience analyzing team metrics and using data to guide team improvement and delivery outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently on ambiguous, high impact, initiatives with executive visibility
  • Demonstrated ability to coach teams on Agile practices, self‑organization, and continuous improvement
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and other Scrum Masters
  • Proven solid strategic thinking, analytical problem solving, and stakeholder influence skills
  • Proven solid facilitation skills with the ability to lead effective, boxed Agile ceremonies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in regulated or healthcare environments
  • Experience working within a Kanban, Scrum, SAFe and or other scaled Agile  environment
  • Experience using AI‑assisted tools to support Agile delivery activities such as backlog refinement, planning, retrospectives, and flow analysis, while ensuring human ownership and decision‑making remain intact
  • Experience in Agentic Scrum integrating AI agents into Agile
  • Experience using AI-powered tools to automate reporting and track performance metrics
