Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable backend services using Python/FastAPI
• Build responsive frontend applications using React
• Work closely with Architects, Product Teams, and Platform Engineers
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of applications
• Fine-Tuning Concepts, Tool Calling & Function Calling
• Passion for Generative AI and autonomous agent systems
• Automation-first problem solving approach
• Actively explores and adopts new tools and open to work on new areas
• Uses AI as a force to multiply your productivity, not just an assistant in SDLC

Required Qualifications:

• B.E / MCA / B.Tech / MTECH /MS Graduation

• 6+ years of experience in Core Application Engineering - Java, Python or Mainframe Tech stacks
• Hands-on experience in Agentic AI Engineering.
• Backend Development: Python, FastAPI / Flask, REST API Development
• Frontend Development: React, TypeScript / JavaScript, CSS
• Experience with: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD Pipelines, GitHub / Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud Services
• Database & Infrastructure: PostgreSQL / MongoDB, DB2, Redis, Vector Databases (Chroma DB, Pinecone)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Understanding of: Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, AI Workflows, Agent Orchestration, MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Good understanding of scalable application architecture
• Understanding of software engineering best practices
• Proven exposure with Integration to enterprise APIs, tools.
• Proven ability to independently own engineering deliverables
• Proven ability to quickly learn evolving AI technologies
• Proven solid communication and collaboration skills
• Proven solid problem-solving and debugging skills
• Proven solid tech enthusiast with continuous learning attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Development experience in building enterprise-grade Agentic AI applications
• Prompt Engineering, RAG Architecture, AI Observability, AI Testing & Evaluation, LLM
• Proven to perform prompt optimization and model performance tuning
• Proven to build and orchestrate AI agents using LangGraph and LangChain
• Proven multi-agent workflows with planning, memory, and tool integration
• Proven to to implement RAG-based architectures and vector search solutions
• Proven to implement AI observability, tracing, monitoring, and evaluation
