We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) to lead the design and implementation of next-generation applications using the Pega Infinity platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in case management, Pega Constellation UI, and Gen AI capabilities. You will be responsible for building high-performance, scalable applications with a modern, configuration-driven approach.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Application Design & Development: Lead the design and development of end-to-end Pega applications, ensuring compliance with Pega guardrails
• Constellation UI Implementation: Design and develop applications utilizing the Pega Constellation framework, leveraging App Studio to build out-of-the-box, responsive UI components (React-based)
• Gen AI Integration: Implement Pega GenAI to enhance case processing, leverage predictive analytics, and automate decision-making, such as generating case summaries or automating email responses
• Database Management: Utilize PostgreSQL to perform backend data validation, complex queries, and performance optimization
• Integration & Data Modeling: Configure data models, data pages, and integrate with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Kafka
• Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize application performance using PAL (Performance Analyzer), Tracer, and database tracing tools
• Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and CSAs on Pega best practices and Constellation development paradigms

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate
• Certification: Mandatory Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
• 5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience
• Constellation Experience: Demonstrated experience building apps in Pega Constellation/Cosmos React UI
• Database: Solid hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and SQL
• Technical Skills: Experience with Case Management, Data Pages, Ruleset Management, and Data Transforms
• Methodology: Solid experience in Agile/Scrum delivery
• AI Knowledge: Familiarity with Pega GenAI capabilities (e.g., Pega GenAI Knowledge Buddy, Case Summaries)
