Senior Software Engineering Lead- DevOps

Close to 12 or more years hands on experience on commercial cloud platforms like Azure, GCP; Azure - native cloud solution design primary skills include; Sound knowledge on IaaC - Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform; Continuous integration experience (for example tools like Jenkins); Experience with programmatic interaction with a relational database, preferably a recent version of MySQL / any NoSQL DB; DevOps - creating and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins / Git Actions and 3 to 5 year of continuous integration experience; Automation - identifying work that is currently being done manually and deliver reliable automated solutions; Cloud infrastructure - understanding best practices regarding cloud infrastructure deployment, security and operations; Solution architecture - especially in complex enterprise-oriented ecosystems in which security and availability are critical

Primary Responsibility:

Required Qualifications:

• Full time graduate degree or equivalent experience
• 9+ years of software development experience, with 4+ years in AI/ML engineering and cloud-based solution delivery
• 6+ years of full-stack development experience with React.js and RESTful APIs
• 4+ years of cloud deployment experience (Azure or GCP), including Kubernetes and serverless functions
• 4+ years in DevOps and CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, etc.)
• Leadership experience in mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional technical initiatives
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle, including agile planning, delivery, and support
• Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, Redis) and real-time data processing
• Experience with AI/ML techniques such as NLP, computer vision, LLMs, and MLOps practices
• Experience building AI agents or copilots using frameworks like Google ADK, LangChain and OpenAI SDK
• Expertise in backend development using Python or Java, including frameworks like FastAPI, Spring Boot
• Expertise in AI-based technologies, including experience building intelligent agents, copilots, and real-time inference systems using AI frameworks (Google ADK experience a plus)
• Solid understanding of microservices, service-oriented architecture, and API gateway patterns
• Proficiency in RDBMS and NoSQL databases (MySQL, SQL Server etc)
• Demonstrated ability to leverage coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to enhance team productivity and code quality
• Demonstrated solid communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
