Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple engineering teams in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications
• Provide technical leadership in solution architecture, application modernization, cloud adoption, and engineering best practices
• Drive end-to-end program delivery including planning, estimation, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Partner with Product Managers, Architects, and Business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives
• Mentor Technical Leads and Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, operational excellence, security, compliance, and quality expectations
• Drive AI adoption, engineering productivity improvements, and modernization initiatives across delivery teams
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, resource planning, and prioritization to ensure successful program outcomes
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with significant experience leading engineering teams
• Solid background in Java, Microservices, ReactJS, Azure Cloud, and enterprise architecture
• Experience managing large-scale application delivery programs using Agile methodologies
• Experience leading Technical Leads and cross-functional engineering teams
• Proven solid stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to drive technical strategy, delivery execution, and organizational outcomes
• Core Skills:
  • Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams and driving large-scale technology deliveries

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, AI-driven development practices
• Knowledge in Azure OpenAI, RAG, Agentic AI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Spring AI
•  Knowledge in Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka, FinOps, Observability Platforms, Cloud-Native Engineering
