Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications using Pega Platform
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Architect scalable and reusable Pega solutions aligned with enterprise standards
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Pega developers and project teams
• Design and implement case management, workflow automation, decisioning, and integrations
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega best practices and coding standards
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and messaging services
• Ensure application performance, security, and maintainability
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile delivery processes
• Mentor team members and support skill development across the Pega practice
• Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Support application deployment, upgrade activities, and production releases
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of new Pega capabilities
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) 
• 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on Pega development
• Solid experience with Pega BPM, Case Management, Decisioning, and Integrations
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proven solid communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
