Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Pega BPM applications
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure the business architecture matches the needs of the customer
• Integrate business databases, legacy systems, and web services
• Troubleshoot application issues, coding bugs, and bottlenecks
• Conduct system performance tests
• Design, build, fine tune, and operationalize AI driven functionality within Pega workflows, leveraging the latest Pega Predictable AI™, AI Agents, Blueprint, and Constellation UI enhancements
• Pega 25.1 / Infinity '25 Solution Design
• Constellation UI Development
• AI / GenAI / AI Agent Capabilities
• AI Model Training, Fine Tuning, and Optimization
• GenAI Automated Test Generation
• Workflow Orchestration & Integration

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Associate degree with good experience Pega certified with one of these certifications CSA, CSSA
• 2+ years of technical experience in Pega development
• Experience in Oracle and stored procedures using PL / SQL
• Experience in software architecture
• Experience in all phases of software development including design, configuration, testing, implementation and support of large scale applications
• DevOps Knowledge and experience in DevOps tools
• Experience in developing CI/CD solutions for Pega applications will be a preferred qualification
• We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer with deep hands on expertise in Pega Infinity 25/25.1, specifically around Constellation architecture, GenAI capabilities, AI agent integration, and workflow orchestration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working experience on Pega Cloud
• Hands on experience with GIT, CI/CD Tools and Application Monitoring tools like PDC, Splunk/Kibana, Dynatrace etc.

Required AI Skills:

All resources are expected to demonstrate baseline proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools as part of their day-to-day responsibilities. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Consistent Use: Maintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI platforms approved by the enterprise
• Applied Productivity: Leverage AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows
• Continuous Learning: Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and features, and apply them to improve delivery quality and velocity
