This role supports Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory Affairs (LCRA) AI initiatives by designing, building, and maintaining software solutions across a mix of internally developed systems and third-party tools. The work spans AI-driven solutions, API design and integration, and full‑stack development. The engineer is expected to move comfortably between building new capabilities, integrating vendor platforms, and supporting production solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address business challenges with an emphasis on the responsible use of AI
- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement
- Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation
- Design, build, and maintain API integrations across internally developed systems, third‑party vendor platforms, and enterprise applications
- Contribute to full-stack development efforts to build and maintain software solutions that support corporate transformation
- Collaborate with the team to define requirements and deliver production-ready code
- Provide support and maintenance for production solutions to ensure performance and reliability
- Participate in testing and code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 1+ years of experience in full-stack software development (e.g., Java, .NET, or Python)
- 1+ years of experience with modern front-end libraries or frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
- Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Experience using or integrating AI/ML capabilities or tools into software development workflows
- Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL)
- Proven ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience utilizing AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex) to enhance development productivity and code quality
- Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline development and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating effectively with US-based global teams
- Experience supporting production software solutions
