Primary Responsibilities:

  • Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Microsoft .Net core and related technologies
  • Front-End Development: Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like Angular or React
  • Back-End Development: Develop server-side logic, APIs, and services. Understanding the integration and data exchange between applications
  • Database Management: Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality software
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Project Management: Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
  • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply them to improve our products and processes
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET, React, Azure, and DevOps
  • Experience with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks
  • Solid experience in DevOps practices including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
  • In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services and experience in managing cloud-based applications
  • Proficient in backend development using .NET and frontend development using React
  • Solid front-end development skills using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React
  • Proven excellent problem-solving abilities, solid communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proven ability to learn new software technologies and stay updated with the latest industry trends
  • Demonstrable ability to lead a team of junior developers, including mentoring and code reviews.
  • Proven excellent understanding of Agile methodologies
