Primary Responsibilities:

• Application Development & Delivery
  • Design, develop, test, and support enterprise applications
  • Deliver assigned user stories, enhancements, features, and defect fixes within committed timelines
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Participate in sprint planning, grooming, development, testing, deployment, and support activities
  • Ensure high-quality code through testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices
• Technical Contributions
  • Participate in technical design and solution discussions
  • Contribute to platform enhancement and modernization initiatives
  • Troubleshoot application and production issues
  • Identify opportunities for automation, performance improvement, and technical debt reduction
  • Support platform stability, reliability, and operational excellence efforts
• Collaboration
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and Engineering teams
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies
  • Communicate progress, blockers, risks, and dependencies proactively
  • Collaborate effectively across distributed teams

Required Qualifications:

• BTech
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience developing enterprise applications using Java and React
• Experience working with Microservices Architecture
• Experience with MongoDB and MySQL
• Experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Solid debugging and troubleshooting experience
