Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using Azure AI and cloud-native services
• Build and integrate Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Automation solutions to address business requirements
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines, AI models, and APIs on the Azure platform
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Integrate AI services with enterprise applications and workflows to enhance automation and customer experience
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot AI solutions to ensure performance, reliability, and security
• Apply MLOps best practices for model deployment, versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and responsible AI standards
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation 
• AI Builder Responsibilities:
  • Use GenAI tools (Copilot, Claude, Gemini AI) to ideate, prototype, and implement features efficiently
  • Apply Vibe coding techniques to maintain clean, expressive, and AI-augmented codebases
  • Develop internal tools and scripts using AI to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity
  • Stay current with emerging GenAI trends, tools, and ethical considerations
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development and deployment
• Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise application integrations
• Application support experience in Azure cloud
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, and Azure Data Services
• Solid understanding of data engineering, model evaluation, and performance optimization techniques
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines,Terraforms, containers, and cloud deployment practices
• Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks
• Proven excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Azure AI or Azure Solutions certifications 
• Knowledge of Pega platform and AI integration with Pega workflows 
• Pega platform knowledge or experience integrating AI solutions with Pega applications
