Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient panel with the support and resources needed to practice at the peak of your license

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including care coordinators, behavioral health, pharmacy, and other care providers at the practice

  • Perform in-office procedures such as simple skin surgery, fracture care, joint injections, maternity care, IUD's, etc. (if desired)

  • Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives

  • Educate and empower your patients to take ownership of their health

Required Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted medical licensure in the state where this job will be performed or ability to obtain prior to starting employment

  • Board certified or board eligible as a Family Nurse Practitioner (ANCC/AANP) or a Physician Assistant (NCCPA)

  • Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to starting employment

The salary range for this role is $113,000 to $173,500 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
