The Senior Business Analyst, Clinical Support Services will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive decision-making. This role is responsible for asking the right business questions, sourcing and consolidating data from multiple systems, and delivering clear, executive-ready analyses.

This individual will work cross-functionally with analytical teams, operational stakeholders, and leadership to ensure data solutions align with business needs, are accurate and meaningful, and support operational and strategic priorities. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, curious, and skilled at translating data into compelling narratives.

If you are located in California, you will have the flexibility to work remotely*, as well as work in the office as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Insights
    • Pull, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to deliver accurate, actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision-making
    • Develop dashboards, reports, and executive-ready narratives that communicate trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations
    • Data Processes & Documentation
    • Create and maintain documentation for data sources, business logic, and reporting methodologies to ensure consistency and transparency
    • Design scalable, repeatable reporting processes and workflows that improve efficiency and support ongoing business needs
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with operational and analytical teams to define requirements, align on data standards, and deliver effective solutions
    • Support stakeholders to leverage data and insights to improve performance and business outcomes
  • Continuous Improvement & Data Strategy
    • Identify and implement improvements to data processes, reporting, and analytics to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data quality
    • Partner with stakeholders to evolve reporting capabilities and improve data accessibility, usability, and decision-making

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or Health IT support role
  • Experience with Epic EHR (Electronic Health Record)
  • Experience querying and manipulating data using SQL or utilizing Snowflake
  • Experience synthesizing large, complex datasets across multiple systems into clear insights and recommendations
  • Experience effectively communicating and collaborating with stakeholders across various functions
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Permanent residence within a commutable distance to one of the following locations in California and willingness to work in the nearest office 2 days per month: Torrance, Ontario, Irvine or Cypress

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data governance, data quality, or process improvement initiatives
  • Background in healthcare, population health, or managed care analytics

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
