OB Homecare provides holistic care to high-risk pregnant patients in the comfort of their home, and we are seeking an Account Executive to join our team. This field-based role, covering southern Florida, will develop and maintain provider relationships to generate program referrals, develop and implement strategies to increase market share, and coordinate marketing efforts within the assigned territory. We're looking for someone that has a history of being a self-starter, has strong cross-functional skills and a proven track record calling on providers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop provider accounts and assigned payer relationships to generate program referrals
  • Define assigned market, implement marketing strategies and develop sales plan utilizing available resources to effectively penetrate the assigned payer, physician, hospital markets for all products and services
  • Assign and manage available sales resources to support sales and marketing strategies and meet planned objectives
  • Present virtually and in-person to potential and existing provider accounts, ensuring ample understanding of services and generating referrals
  • Facilitate and communicate among sales, operations, clinical, and administrative personnel to achieve common area goals and objectives
  • Perform territory performance analyses regularly, tracking sales activities and develop forecasts on sales potential
  • Complete training and maintain clinical, product, and market dynamics knowledge, including competitors within territory
  • Work with established expense guidelines to maximize return on investment of sales activities
  • Conduct job functions in a manner that promotes a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share through identification of targeted providers
  • Foster a culture of collaboration through coordinated efforts with other resources including clinical partners, health plan client managers, product and more
  • Significant local travel within the assigned territory is required (typically does not include overnight stays)

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant sales experience and/or account management
  • 2+ years of experience in a territory management capacity
  • Healthcare / business environment experience
  • Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Proficient use of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proven track record of success, such as high quota achievement
  • Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned territory of up to 70%
  • Proven solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Geographically located within southern Florida territory (Sarasota, Naples, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau
  • Experience selling healthcare services
  • Experience selling directly to physicians (e.g., OB/GYN)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $45,000 - $100,000 annually based on full-time employment. This role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
