This position is full time (37.5 hours / week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:30 am - 4:30 pm EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
We offer 12 weeks of paid on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
- Respond to complex customer calls
- Resolve customer service inquiries which could include:
- Benefit and Eligibility information
- Billing and Payment issues
- Customer material requests
- Physician assignments

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems, OR 1+ years of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
- Basic proficiency with Windows computer applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
- Ability to work full time (37.5 hours / week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:30 am - 4:30 pm EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in laboratory accessioning
Soft Skills:
- Ability to navigate a computer while on the phone
- Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
- Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 - $25.05 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
