The Senior Production Coordinator is responsible for oversight and management of various products and services offered by the Communication Operations internal production team. This role will support steady-state workflow responsibilities, and will perform administrative functions such as reporting, data entry and inventory management.

This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00am - 7:00pm and some rotating 7:00am - 3:00pm Saturday shifts.

We offer 4-6 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead resolution of workflow issues, drive implementation of new services and oversee daily production to verify that our team is meeting all SLA's, client requirements and performance guarantees.
  • Responsible for completing all day-to-day production activities for projects and programs as assigned. 
  • Assists with maintaining up to date process documentation for all products and workflows they are assigned to support.
  • Assists with scheduling meetings and other administrative tasks as assigned by manager.
  • Materials ordering and inventory management activities as assigned.
  • Provides assistance to other production team members as needed.
  • Communicates workflow status through daily reporting and meetings with our business partners.
  • Builds positive working relationships with peers and business partners to drive engagement and productivity.
  • Assists team with training and related documentation as needed.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 2+ years using business related software (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, pdf files, etc.) and working in a time sensitive production environment
  • 2+ years of experience demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills in a business environment
  • 2+ years of demonstrating excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a business or production environment
  • Must be willing to learn to use new software and take on new responsibilities to align with the changing demands of our internal production team
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years working in the healthcare industry demonstrating a basic understanding of the regulations associated with PHI documentation (Protected Health Information)
  • 1+ years of print, shipping, or mailroom production experience
  • 1+ years experience updating or writing job-aids and workflow process documents
  • 1+ years experience using the data merge functionality in Microsoft Word
  • 1+ years of inventory management and/or placing orders through a web portal or directly with a supply vendor

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from$20 - $36 hourly  based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
