As a Clinical Administrative Coordinator, you'll thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where strong communication and professionalism are essential. You'll need to be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to stay composed in high-pressure situations while delivering a positive experience. Success in this role requires strong independent problem-solving skills, the ability to manage inquiries end-to-end, and a consistent focus on accuracy, timely resolution, and meeting productivity standards.
This position is full-time (40 hours per week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work some overtime and weekends. Based on business needs may be required to come on-site at the office located 2720 North Tenaya Way, Las Vegas, NV 89128.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative intake of provider/ facility. This includes fax, phone and web-based application requests.
- Ensure collaborative communications with hospitals, clinics, and outpatient facilities to manage requests for services.
- Monitor assigned web portal submissions to ensure timely processing.
- Process through data entry, incoming prior authorizations, including intake and concurrent reviews by way of reviewing received clinicals, and verifying insurance eligibility.
- Assist the clinical staff with ensuring all documents pertaining to each case are included/uploaded in the necessary system, as well as notate items in chart/case files accurately.
- Ensure compliance with generating appropriate letters per case needs.
- Willingness to learn new systems and procedures
- Will require a hybrid in office rotation based on administrative business needs.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 2+ years of clinical administrative experience supporting front office operations in healthcare settings such as hospitals, physician offices, insurance company or medical clinics
- Experience with Microsoft Word (create documents), Microsoft Excel (create, edit, save documents and spreadsheets) and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)
- Based on business needs may be required to come on-site at the office located 2720 North Tenaya Way, Las Vegas, NV 89128.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with ICD-10 and CPT codes.
- Experience working in a high volume, non customer facing environment
- Experience with insurance verification processes

- Reside within commutable distance to the office at 2720 North Tenaya Way, Las Vegas, NV 89128.
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.98 - $32.12 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
