The Front Office Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) works on the front lines of care delivery and directly improves patient experience. The PCC delivers outstanding customer service to patients and assists them throughout the check-in process, guiding them through demographic capture, health insurance eligibility, and cost share reconciliation. The PCC works collaboratively with all members of the care team to ensure patients receive the appropriate care at the right time and place.
